Return & Warranty Eligibility

We accept return, exchange, or warranty requests only in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • All claims are subject to approval by the owner.

  • Clear photos and proof of purchase may be required.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that have been used

  • Opened personal protective equipment (PPE)

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or alteration

  • Orders where the customer has simply changed their mind

How to Submit a Claim

All requests must be submitted by email within 7 days of receiving your item.
