Return & Warranty Eligibility
We accept return, exchange, or warranty requests only in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

All claims are subject to approval by the owner.

Clear photos and proof of purchase may be required.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Items that have been used

Opened personal protective equipment (PPE)

Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or alteration

Orders where the customer has simply changed their mind
How to Submit a Claim
All requests must be submitted by email within 7 days of receiving your item.
