30 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

Mine Safety Solutions knows quality control is serious business. Therefore, we go to extremes to supervise the manufacturing and material quality of our gloves. We understand our products are put in extreme situations. Mine Safety Solutions. (“MSS”) warrants its gloves against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Damage resulting from or contributed to by accident, misuse, abuse, alteration or improper care or maintenance is not covered by this warranty.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; (B) ALL OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND ANY LIABILITY NOT BASED UPON CONTRACT ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED; AND (C) IN NO EVENT SHALL MSS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER A CLAIM FOR SUCH DAMAGES IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, nor shall MSS’s liability to the purchaser for damages exceed the purchase price of the product in respect of which damages are claimed.

With valid proof of purchase dated within 60 days of purchase, MSS will replace any defective product. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER.

All warranty claims of any nature are barred if the product has been altered or in any way physically changed, or subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence, accident improper care or maintenance.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.  Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

 Instructions to Return Merchandise

  • Take a picture of the glove and email it to info@minesafetysolutions.ca
  • Include the receipt and an explain what kind of work was done with the glove and how long it lasted
  • Once the return has been approved, the customer will then ship out the gloves COD Canada post to MSS
  • Package the gear along with all tags and the Return/Exchange form
  • Ship the package to:

If theirs issues with your cordless fogger, we will try to fix the problem if not we will require images and video send over to info@minesafetysolutions.ca for replacement. Mine Safety Solutions will have 7 business days to get back to you regarding your claim.
